It’s our final week of the Morning Yoga Challenge and we’re going back to basics! While this may not be the flashiest practice of all time, I’m one to remind you that the basics are good enough and so supportive for our bodies, minds, and souls. This gentle yoga stretch is perfect for beginners and advanced yogis alike and the perfect way to start the day. I love to pair a class like this with guided meditation and a little journaling (fun fact – you can find these on my channel too!)
