A new month means a new intention and this month’s intention is settling in quite nicely as one that I really need to focus on right now: self-love. As hard as it can be to admit, we all know that self-love is hard sometimes. Some seasons it feels like the easiest task in the world and the next season you’re pulling out every single tool in the box to remind yourself of the love you deserve from the most important person in your life (aka YOU). This 10-minute guided meditation for self-love is intended to be one of those tools in your toolkit. Maybe it’s the one you turn to every day or maybe it’s the one you turn to just from time to time, but keep this meditation at the ready because YOU are SO deserving I love. And so am I.
