As we continue with our intention to Living Well, we must remember that living well includes CHANGE. This means needing to accept the change that comes our way; of learning to adapt and flow with it; of recognizing it is a part of life. That’s why this meditation for change is so important. This 10-minute accepting change meditation is the meditation to help be the bridge through those seasons of change.
In this meditation today, we will be repeating a few mantras. Mantras are repeated sounds, words, or statements that will not only help guide our concentration during this meditation but through repetition, will help us retrain our subconscious.
Say it with me…
💜 In the waves of change, I find my new direction.
💜 I open my heart to new experiences without expectation.
💜 I am evolving and transforming.
💜 I trust in new beginnings.
