This is your 10-minute morning yoga at-home practice. This short class is great for all levels and requires no props to complete. Within our morning yoga practice, we’ll stretch out some of those tight muscles, create length, engage the core, and build a little bit of heat so we’re ready to take on the day ahead. When you’re short on time but still want to start your day with a little bit of yoga, this is the perfect class to turn to.
