This is your gentle yoga class for flexibility and stress relief. We carry so much stress in our physical bodies, especially in our shoulders and hips. Personally, I know I can feel like my shoulders are up in my ears or like I’m carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders during stressful seasons, and at the same time, I feel my hips get tight. This gentle yoga practice for stress relief is about creating space, releasing some of the stress from the physical body, and allowing the mental and emotional bodies to find their release along with it.
Props needed: 1 blanket (nice to have, not required)
