Are you feeling stressed? This 15-minute gentle yoga for stress relief class is here to support you through those times.
There’s a saying that the body keeps the score and it’s so true. We all have places where our body holds stress and tension, and it may vary a bit in each of us. For me, I notice a lot of stress in my upper back and shoulders, but even more so, in my HIPS! This gentle hip-opening class is all about releasing the stress and tension you may be holding in that area of your body. We’ll start this practice with some gentle breathwork to slow down any racing thoughts, move into our gentle practice, and end the practice back with our breathwork practice.
Props needed: 1 block (if you don’t have one, don’t worry!)
