Are you feeling stressed out? As we continue through our intention of stress relief this month, today’s practice is a 15-minute meditation for complete relaxation. We’ll work toward this state of truly letting go by way of this progressive muscle relaxation meditation. It’s known that we carry stress and tension in our bodies and this technique assists with the process of letting that stress and tension go. I’ll call out various areas of the body and as I do so, you’ll create physical tension by squeezing and clenching those areas. Then you’ll release the tension and allow that area to relax. It’s so interesting to notice the way this practice really does assist in relaxation.
