This 20-minute yoga practice to feel good is all about doing just that, feeling good. This practice isn’t super strenuous but we’ll flow slowly so make sure you’re wearing clothing that will allow your body to move around easily.
This is a gentle flow-style class so while we are going to flow and move our body along with our breath, this class isn’t meant to be strenuous. Our bodies need time to work hard and time to stretch it out, and this class is the latter.
While you don’t actually need any props for this feel-good yoga class, I really like to add the use of a blanket under the knees for some extra padding (especially nice if you’re practicing on a hard surface) and a block (which is great for making our malasana supported, if you’d like to take that option).
