It’s time to quiet the noise with this morning yoga flow in just 20 minutes. You can expect to create strength and confidence within the physical body, gain clarity for the day ahead, and start your day feeling focused in this short yoga practice.

Recently, I found that I had fallen out of my morning routine. This would usually look like starting my day with a little movement (a short workout or yoga flow), morning meditation, and a journal practice with intention setting and mantra. These practices would really help me start my day feeling grounded and clear. And while I held onto a short meditation each day, everything else fell away and it often left me feeling a bit scattered all day, like I was always trying to play catch up.

That is, until the last couple of days when I’ve been able to wake up, jump right to my yoga mat, sit in meditation, and get clear on my day. This practice has been the perfect way to start my morning with intention (and yes, I do my own practices! What way to practice what I preach?!).

Props needed: 2 blocks (optional, but highly suggested if you have them)
