I’ve decided for the month of October, I’m kicking off a month of yoga practices to start your morning! Think of this as your morning yoga challenge! While you can obviously do these classes at any time of day, my intention behind each class is to help you start your day from a place of intention and with your mind and body feeling so good! Of course, you can always pair this class with a guided meditation and journal practice, which the combination of yoga meditation and journaling is how I start each morning.

Today’s class is a 20-minute morning yoga Solar Plexus-focused class to help you tap into your confidence for the day ahead! Whether you have a big meeting, an interview, or just want to ensure you’re feeling your best, this class is designed to help turn on your place of personal power!
