While I’m a huge believer in slowing down and softening more with our physical yoga practices, especially when in seasons of heightened anxiety and stress in our lives, there are also times when we need to MOVE the anxiety out of the body. Today’s yoga flow to help ease anxiety class is for those times when you need to move the emotions out of the physical body, so you can soften inward.
