Yoga is not just a form of self-care when it’s hot, fiery, and flowy; yoga is a form of self-care when we slow down, when we land in stillness when we connect with our breath, and when we tap into mantras. Today’s practice is all about stress relief and it’s a practice that I know I’m really needing in this season, and I know I’m not alone in that. Grab your props, roll out your mat, and let’s find some time to slow down.

Props needed: bolster (or something similar like a couple of pillows)

Suggested props: a blanket and a block are not required but could be nice to have
