This is your gentle yoga to relax class. On those days and in those seasons when life has you feeling like you’re going one thousand miles a minute, I want you to think about turning to this class like a complete nervous system reset.

Even as I put together this post, I said out loud to myself, “I need to do this class,” and the truth is, I do! I’ve been feeling really stressed out as I try to navigate my path forward and I’m able to notice that my body is not able to really settle down and it’s showing in less than restful sleep these last few nights. So if you’re feeling in a similar situation, let’s both commit to setting aside 30 minutes to show up for ourselves today with this gentle yoga class to help us relax. We need it and we deserve it.
