One of the most popular classes I’ve ever released was a hip-opening yoga flow so as I was brainstorming new classes for this year, I knew I needed to bring more hip-opening-focused classes. We carry so much stress and tension in our hips so it always feels so good, mentally as well as physically, when we can find that opening. In today’s practice, we will slowly flow through our practice to find that hip opening and release through this slow-flow yoga practice.
You will want to grab a block for this practice or something that can easily replace a block. These can be cork or foam blocks but you’re looking for something to give you a little bit of support.
