Are you needing to find a few moments of peace and calm? Lately, life has felt really heavy. Between things happening around the world, around the country, and just in my own life, it’s been a lot to navigate. In seasons like these, I often find that I need to turn to my tried and true practices even more because when I don’t, my anxiety likes to go on a joy ride…and trust me, no one wants that. In fact, the practice I want to share with you today was one that I first put together in March 2020 when the world came to a halt and I was seeing friends, family, and others across the internet feeling the weight of the world. This 3-part meditation for peace and calm is just the practice to help bring you back down to Earth and quiet the anxieties that may be trying to get the most of you.
