This is your 30-minute daily yoga flow class. This is the kind of class I want you to think you can do every day to feel good in your body. This full-body class is designed to stretch and strengthen, build your confidence, and reduce your stress all in one single practice.

I love to start my mornings with yoga and love to have a go-to practice or two that I can easily press “play” as soon as I roll out of bed and hit my mat. This class is one of those classes you can turn to in those moments. If you don’t have 30 minutes for your daily yoga flow, this 15-minute class is a great option for those shorter mornings.
