Have you noticed when you go to a yoga studio for a class, a 60-minute flow seems totally reasonable, yet when you’re trying to convince yourself to roll out your yoga mat at home, 60-minutes feels like an impossible feat? Please know that you’re not alone in that. In fact, I’ve been finding a 20-30 minute practice at home is all that I need to feel grounded and fulfilled from my yoga asana practice. This seems to hold true whether it’s yoga for flexibility and strength or more restorative or gentle practice.

This yoga for flexibility and strength class is the perfect fit for your at-home yoga practice. This 30-minute vinyasa flow practice is designed to help you find space within the physical body while also building strength. If you’ve found yourself craving a flow-style practice, roll out your yoga mat and join me for this yoga class for flexibility and strength!

Please note, that this class is fully adaptable to all levels, so whether you’re still new to yoga or have been practicing for years, I want to welcome you to your mat with open arms for this practice.
