Raise your hand if you’ve been feeling stressed out? ✋ I know that I definitely have and I’m positive I’m not alone in that feeling. To combat these feelings of stress, I’ve been turning my yoga practice to more gentle practices aimed at deep relaxation, and today’s practice is one of those practices. In fact, I actually forgot I had already filmed this class and recorded it again, only to go and send myself the file to edit and see it already waiting in my to-edit folder. While maybe a funny anecdote to share, to me, it showed my body’s deep need for relaxation and to slooowwwww down. The class felt so good the first time through and just as good (maybe better) the second time. Let this gentle yoga stretch for deep relaxation become your new go-to practice when you need to invite in more rest.
