This is your 35-minute awakening vinyasa yoga class. This hip-focused flow is all about finding space through the hips while building energy within the entire physical body. After completing this practice, I could feel the prana, life force, quite literally pulsing through my body and it was the perfect afternoon pick-me-up that I needed before carrying on with the rest of my day. I hope this fiery awakening yoga vinyasa flow leaves you feeling energized too!
Note: Something did happen where the timing of the audio started to disconnect toward the end of class, but it’s fine for the majority of this practice.
