Did you know that April is Stress Awareness Month? It makes it the perfect time to set our intention around reducing our stress. Whether stress is showing up in your job, personal life, relationships, or some other area of life, this month I want you to put some extra focus, attention, and intention on how you can work towards reducing your stress. As I’m sure you can gather, meditation and journaling are great ways to do that and today’s mindfulness meditation is one to have on hand.
Often when I’m feeling stressed, I’m completely out of the present moment. Using this 5-senses meditation, we’ll focus on each of our five senses, and as we do so, I want you to notice how it starts to pull you back into your presence.
