We all need boundaries in our lives and this meditation for boundaries is going to help you strengthen that practice. Whether you are setting boundaries in your relationships, with your work, or even with your energy, boundaries are an integral part of life.
And they can also be really hard.
Lately, I have found myself struggling with my energetic boundaries. I have allowed others’ energy to permeate my own leaving me to feel overwhelmed and exhausted. I knew it was time for me to do some work on strengthening those boundaries, and that’s exactly where this meditation is coming into play.
Today’s meditation: Guided Meditation for Setting Boundaries
Your journal prompt for today is: Take a moment to jot down the areas of your life where you currently have strong boundaries and where you might need to establish or strengthen them. What situations or relationships come to mind?
