This month’s intention is all around GROWTH and having a growth mindset includes approaching things from a beginner’s mindset, even if we’ve been doing something for years. When we approach something as if we’re a beginner, as if we’re brand new, we’re able to put our egos aside and open ourselves up to feedback and things not being perfect.
But here’s the thing, as beginners we always expect that we can stumble, or fall and that things may have a learning curve. So this meditation today is all about giving yourself the grace of a beginner; go back to that beginner’s mindset, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned meditator.
