This is your Chair Yoga for Beginners class. This 20-minute gentle yoga class is a great practice to come back into and ground into your body. Even if you’re a seasoned practitioner, I encourage you to give this practice a try with an open mind and open heart. Let it be your reminder that we don’t always need to flow through our practice to find a moment of connection back to ourselves.
We will use a chair for the practice, of course, so I would encourage you to find a chair that allows you to get both feet firmly planted down on the floor. It doesn’t matter if your chair has a back to it or not for this class. You don’t need to roll out your yoga mat for this chair yoga for beginner’s class unless you want to, which means this is also a great practice to take as a little break from work.
