Do you need help falling asleep at night? Do you find yourself tossing and turning throughout the night? Are you dealing with your mind running around like crazy while you’re supposed to be sleeping? I’ve been there too. In fact, at one time or another, I’m sure we have all been there. The good news is that since discovering and learning more about meditation, I now turn to meditation in these moments to help me sleep. When I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t fall back asleep, I turn to this guided meditation to fall asleep. When my mind is racing and keeping me awake, I turn to this guided meditation to fall asleep. And now – you can too! Let this meditation help you drift back off into dreamland with ease so you can wake up in the morning feeling rested and rejuvenated.
