Having trouble sleeping at night? Struggling to fall asleep? I’ve been there too. In fact, I’ve been in a season where my sleep hasn’t been the best. With March being National Sleep Awareness Month, what better time than now to focus on improving our sleep? I’m taking this moment to remind myself to use the tools that I share with others more often for myself in these seasons, and that’s exactly where this Ease into Sleep Meditation comes into play.
