This is your new evening routine yoga practice. This class combines journaling, meditation, and gentle movement to help you wind down mentally and physically for a good night of rest ahead. You can go through this practice right before bed or when you get home from work to help transition to your evening. If you’ve been looking to create an evening routine of your own, this class can help you tap into what’s possible for your nighttime routine. If there are parts of this evening routine that you like, keep them for the future; if there are things that you don’t enjoy so much for your evening, let that go. This is your practice.

Props needed: journal + something to write with, a wall (or edge of bed/couch)
