This is your Feel Good Yoga Flow class. This yoga class is all about giving love to our hips as we move through our slow vinyasa flow. Prepare to still find yourself building strength in the physical body as we open up our hips, then slow down to send them even more love!

My favorite way to start my mornings lately has been with a 20-30 minute yoga class, guided meditation, and a short journal practice. It’s allowed me to start my mornings feeling grounded, centered, and ready for the day. This feel-good yoga flow class would be the perfect practice for my (and your) morning!
