This is your foot-free yoga flow class. This 20-minute vinyasa-based foot free yoga flow is designed to support your practice whether you have a foot injury or not. Let this practice show you just how mindful movement works and how we can tailor our practices to meet the body where it is on any given day.

If you are not specifically working with a foot injury, I want you to think of this class as a fun way to explore what else is possible and have fun with a different kind of flow.
