This full-body yoga flow practice is designed to help set you up for the day ahead by bringing you right into a place of presence. Let’s charge up our energy and remember to “be here now.”

I fully believe that our morning sets up the day ahead. If we wake up and feel rushed and scattered as we get ready for the day, then our day has a greater tendency to feel unfocused and disorderly. I know for myself that when I start my day with even a short yoga flow and guided meditation (or even just one of those practices), then I am in a much better place for anything else that life may throw in my direction. I created this full-body yoga flow practice with those busy days in mind so you can start your day from a place of presence and then carry it with you into whatever else the day may hold in store for you.
