Bravery and courage can come to us in many moments throughout our days and throughout our lives. Often, we tend to think of bravery coming in the big moments, when we’re approaching our boss for a raise or showing up for that first date, but sometimes, bravery needs to come in the small moments as well.

Today’s guided meditation for bravery is for the big moments and the small moments. Before we get to the meditation, I talk about a recent experience where I was trying to talk myself out of starting a campfire while on a solo getaway. It’s not the kind of moment we anticipate needing to find our inner courage, but for me, turns out it was one.

So whether you’re digging deep to find the courage to show up for the big moments or you’re seeking out bravery for the small ones, give this soul connection practice a go. I know you’ll find it useful.
