We all have those times when weโ€™re not our happiest, most joyful, or even remotely positive selves. Of course, we always hope those days of feeling negative and low are few and far between, but sometimes they last a little longer than weโ€™d care to admit. I want you to turn to this meditation in those times when choosing joy isnโ€™t easy; when itโ€™s easier to see the darkness than the light; and when this meditation for positive energy can bring you back to a more hopeful place, if even for only a few moments.
