Welcome to this guided mindfulness meditation for dealing with anger and frustration. Today, we will explore how to mindfully navigate feelings of anger and frustration, whether in our relationships, jobs, or other aspects of our lives. Keep in mind that these emotions are a natural part of life, and by bringing awareness to them, we can learn to respond with calmness and clarity.

This practice comes as a request from within the community after putting a box on Instagram for any meditation needs within the community and the request came back for “the one for people who annoy the shit out of you.” Friends, I got you.

Today’s meditation: Guided Mindfulness Meditation on Dealing with Anger and Frustration

Your journal prompt for today is: Reflect on a recent moment of anger or frustration. How did you respond to these emotions in the moment? What steps can you take to communicate more mindfully when these emotions arise?
