When I think of a holistic yoga practice, I think of incorporating multiple yoga practices besides just asana, the physical practice. In this all-levels practice, we’re incorporating physical movement, mantra, and breath work for a full-body practice with an added emphasis on backbends. Feel free to repeat the mantra “My heart is open” as you move through this practice.
