Today’s practice is our inner peace meditation. This is a meditation where we are going to focus on our own inner qualities that we admire and love about ourselves. I know sometimes this can be a challenging process and I want to encourage you, that if you are in a season where that practice of self-love and recognizing your inner qualities feels challenging, this does not mean you skip this meditation. In fact, I would highly encourage you to really take some time to reflect on what you do love about yourself, especially through the tougher times.
