Welcome to the Summer of Self-Care and today’s mediation for clarity! For June, July, and August, we are going to have a collective intention for all three months and that’s, you guessed it, self-care. I’m doing this because I want us all to focus on caring for ourselves, tune inward, get in nature, and enjoy more of whatever summer has in store for you. I want you to take this time for yourself and of course, I also want to take this time for myself. That means for the next 3 months, I’ll be releasing a new meditation every other week as opposed to every week, and this week’s meditation is our Mantra Meditation for Clarity. And speaking of clarity, the hope is that while we all slow down, and while I also slow down, we can find more space and the clarity that comes with space.
