I know I’m not the only one who deals with anxiety. In fact, while some of us may experience anxiety on a more regular basis, from time to time, everyone faces anxiety or anxious thoughts. In fact, these days, anxiety feels like a given in our society. The good news is that meditation can help support us in those moments when anxiety is taking over. We can use our meditation practice to release some of those anxious thoughts. Today’s meditation for anxiety is one that I recommend you turn to in those moments when you notice the anxious thoughts growing within you to help support you in letting them go, even just a bit.
