It’s time to go back to basics with this meditation for beginners. Whether or not you are actually a beginner when it comes to practicing this meditation, this practice will support you. It’s beneficial for us to have a beginner’s mindset from time to time, in our yoga practice, but also in other areas of our life. This becomes the time when we go back to basics; when we build that solid foundation; when we see where we’ve potentially gone astray.
With that said, while you go through this practice today, approach it from a beginner’s perspective and take yourself on this journal of self-inquiry. Then, as you move into your journaling practice, reflect on where in your life you are currently or would benefit from having that beginner’s mindset.
Intention: Embrace Change
Today’s meditation: Back to Basics – Meditation for Beginners
Your journal prompt for today is: Is there an area of your life where you are a beginner? How has that felt? And if not, is there an area where you could benefit from having a beginner’s mindset? Why do you feel that way?
