What does it mean to find your center? I often think of it as that place where I am so tuned in to myself, so connected to my needs, wants, and desires, and where I’m able to block out and quiet the noise that may be taking place around me. This is not always an easy place to find, especially with technology these days, it can feel so loud, but today’s meditation for centering is to help you find that place a little bit easier. This 10-minute mindfulness-based meditation practice should be another tool in your toolkit when you need to quiet the noise.

Monthly intention: Centered

Today’s meditation: Meditation for Centering

Your journal prompt for today is: How easy was it for you to drop into center? What did you notice?
