This meditation for focus is here for you and those times when you’re feeling like focus is a struggle or hard to come by, or when you know you’re going to need to be really focused to work on a project or attend a meeting, or any other time your attention needs a shift. 

For me, the idea for this practice came to be because of my own struggles with focusing as of late. I was starting to feel like a dog out on a walk who just saw a SQUIRREL! over and over and over again. If you’ve had moments of that lately as well, allow this practice to support you too.
