Do you ever have those days where it feels like no matter how hard you try, you just can’t seem to focus? Of course, you do, you’re human! One of the beautiful things about meditation is that it has the ability to help us improve our focus. Even on our busiest days, when we feel like we don’t have the time to sit in meditation because *there’s just so.much.to.do* we should find a few minutes to sit in meditation and watch our ability to focus on the tasks at hand from a more grounded space. This meditation for focus is a beautiful way to help in those moments.
