Grief can come into our life in a variety of ways and we all process our grief very differently, but whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one or pet, the ending of a relationship or job, or something else entirely, grief can get caught and stuck in the body. As we continue through this meditation, we are looking to get that grief moving.
My friendly reminder to you, friends: It’s important to approach the grieving process with a lot of patience and self-compassion. We do not heal and come through to the other side with a single practice. While this meditation and the accompanying journal prompts are meant to be a support, please always seek professional support as needed.
