I always kind of joke that while I plan this podcast and our intentions months in advance, when we get to the current month, the intention is always spot on with my personal life and situation. This meditation for inner peace and calm couldn’t have come at a more perfect time for me. There are aspects of my life and home situation that have left me feeling in a tizzy and this meditation was what I needed to return to my center. Thankfully, writing, recording, and editing this meditation allowed me to come back to myself and find a more easeful place over and over and over.
