In this guided meditation, we’re going to focus on opening the heart chakra so we can become available to more love. This love can be self-love, love from others, love for others, or however else you are looking to call more love into your life.

This is a practice that I am holding deep in my heart space as I really open myself up to more love – from myself, from others, and for others in my own life.
