Yes, I really do practice what I preach, which also means turning to the same practices that I encourage you to add to your self-care toolkit. And (really to no surprise), it is always just what I need to start my day feeling good – mentally and physically.
Today’s new Soul Connection practice is to help you quiet the monkey mind. We won’t always be able to stop the thoughts in our mind (and truth being, that’s not really the goal), but this practice will help us notice when the mind veers off and bring it back to a place of quiet without judgment.
When going through this practice myself (seriously, I practice what I preach!), I started with a 15-minute morning yoga class and then dropped into this episode. It was the perfect way to start my day. #highlyrecommend
