I spent a few days in nature a couple of weeks ago and it really opened my eyes. I stayed in a Getaway House, a tiny house without internet or TV, but with a lot of time and opportunity for me to tune in, reflect, and dig deep. One of the realizations I had to come face to face with is how there’s a lot of discontent and misalignment that is happening in my life currently. I had to really face these hard truths so I can begin to take action to bring those areas of my life into alignment and release what’s no longer serving my highest good. This kind of work is CHALLENGING and takes a LOT of compassion, especially a lot of compassion for myself. I want to invite you into this space – a space of compassion, deep reflection, and letting go. My hope is this release negativity meditation can help support you in this process.
