We are continuing our theme of forgiveness with a self-forgiveness meditation. Arguably, self-forgiveness is often so much harder than forgiving those who have hurt us. This process of forgiving ourselves for the harm that we’ve caused to ourselves, how we’ve treated ourselves, or how we’ve reacted to situations. This can be some of the hardest work to do, but arguably, also some of the most important work we’ll ever do. Whether you have something recent that you’ve been working through or something from years ago, turn to these meditation affirmations to support your self-forgiveness journey.
