Are you ready to flow with me on your yoga mat? This is your Shoulder and Hip Yoga Flow class. This 30-minute vinyasa class is going to build strength and create space in the body as we move and flow around our mats. This was a really fun class and my hips were definitely feeling the love for a few days after!

While I do suggest a block for your shoulder and hip yoga flow practice today, it can easily be replaced with a small pillow that you would already have at home. I love using props in my practice, but I’m all about making yoga accessible, so don’t be afraid to grab what you have.

Props needed: 1 block (or a small pillow)
