This is your morning yoga and meditation class. This short class is the perfect way to start your morning. In just 10 minutes, we’ll start to stretch out the body from a night of rest and pull in energy for the day ahead, before closing out the class with a short guided meditation. This class is designed to help you create a consistent practice by keeping things short and super accessible.
