What is the best time of day to meditate? It’s kind of a trick question…😉 But today that’s the question that I’m answering for you in this video.

The short answer is that the best time to practice meditation is the time when you can consistently show up to practice meditation. 

➡️ Does this feel like when you would ask a teacher a question in class and their response was almost always, “Well, it depends?” 

I’m sorry about that, but it’s true. 

For ME, the best time to meditate is when I first wake up in the morning (scroll back to see a glimpse into my morning routine). I don’t even leave my bed! I just sit myself up so I don’t fall back asleep, and I start my day from a place of grounding.
