This is your 30-minute gentle yoga class for stress and anxiety relief. So often, when we’re feeling stressed out and anxious, we may feel like we need to “burn” off that extra energy with a fiery yoga class, and while there may be a time that we do, more often, I find what we need is a gentle practice. This is a yin-inspired yoga class to help support you in slowing down the body, tuning inward, and helping get the body and mind out of that fight, flight, and freeze response. Are you ready for a little yoga for stress relief? Let’s find it with today’s practice.

Props needed: 1 block (required) and 1 blanket (optional)

Class length: 29 minutes
